Digi Doodle Studios Rusty and Ruffles Christmas Golden Retrievers

 


Welcome to my blog!

I hope you're going full steam ahead with your Christmas cards because time is running out if you still want to mail them.  I used Rusty and Ruffles Christmas Golden Retrievers and coloured theimage with Copics.  My paper is from The Paper Boutique "It's a Puppy's Life" paper pack.  I cut the image out with a Nellie's multi frame ovals die and added some Christmas tree stickers.  The sentiment "Ho Ho Ho" is from the NL Collectables stamp and die set "COL1380".

The Paper Shelter Christmas Break - Anything Goes

 


Welcome to my blog!

It's summertime in South Africa and December is a time for the beach.  So I made a card using I wish I was there!  The image is coloured with Copics,  My background paper is from the Marianne Design Sea Sparkle paper pack and the beach huts and red striped paper is from the Marianne Design Seabreeze paper pack.  I added a die cut lighthouse, a strip of lace and a birthday sentiment.

Digi Doodle Studios Ellie - Cloud 9 Blog Hop

My card features
Ellie, one of the new releases in the Cloud 9 collection.  She is coloured with Copics, and cut out with a Wonky Stitches circle die.  The papers are from The Paper Boutique Safari Buddies paper pack.  The flower is part of the Little Birdie Arcadia Fairy Sparkle set.  I added a trip of heart lace and pearl flourishes.

The Paper Shelter 2021 Blog Hop

I made a shaped card using a Paper Shelter image called Birthday Present. I coloured her with Copics and cut her out with a Nestabilities die.  The papers are from The Paper Boutique Butterfly Ballet pack.  I added a die cut background frame behind the image.  The flowers and leaves are Nellie Snellen "Leaves: and "Rose Branch" dies.  I added a few pink adhesive pearls.  The sentiment is part of a Marianne Designs stamp set called "Sending Birthday Wishes".

For you challenge this week, I used a sentiment which is part of an LOTV Christmas stamp set.  The image is called Waiting for Santa Too and you can find this cutie in The Paper Shelter store. I coloured her with Copics and went for a clean and simple design.

Digi Doodle Studios Ursula Unicorn

 


Welcome to my blog!

I used a non-traditional Halloween palette on my card.  The image is called Ursula Unicorn. She is coloured with Copics and cut out with a Spellbinders Nestabilities die.  I used a flotal glitter embossed background in purples.  I added a gorgeous strip of lace and polka dotted sheer ribbon and bow.  The flowers are a selection from my crafty stash.

I have used a Paper Shelter image called A Lovely Girl and coloured her with Copics.  I masked the image and added a stamped log for her to sit on by Magnolia.  She is cut out with a Nestabilities die.  


The papers, tags and sentiment are from the Heartfelt Creations Raindrops on Roses Collection.

Digi Doodle Studios Happy Eulalia Skating Gnomie

 


Welcome to my blog!

It's all about the holidays. Winter and Christmas time is such a special time of the year. I used Happy Eulalia Skating Gnomie. She is coloured with Copics and cut out with a Nestabilities die.  I love the laser cut snowflakes and I've added a pearl to each centre.  I used a delicate paper doily in the background.  The papers are from the Mintay by Karola "Christmas Stories" paper pack.


I just love the mini Christmas tree and Christmas baubles by Dress It Up and I added a few metal bells.

The Paper Shelter challenge #486 - Layer it up!

 


Welcome to my blog!

For our challenge this week, I used Unicornmania and coloured her with Copics.  I cut a circle out on the card base and added a background of puffy clouds with a stencil and coloured with distress inks.  

  

For my layers I coloured an extra image and cut out the unicorn head and the toy unicorn and attached them with puffy pads.  

The button is by Dress It Up and the sentiment is part of a stamp set by Marianne Design called "Sending Birthday Wishes".

Digi Doodle Studios Rory & Rue

 


Welcome to my blog!

For my third card for Digi Doodle Studios I used the cutest image called Rory & Rue which I coloured with Copics. I went with a soft coloured fall theme background and a pop of colour on the image.  The papers are from The Paper Boutique "A Summer Garden", Studio Light "Frozen Forest" and KaiserCraft "Base Coat" paper packs. The leaves are all die cut using Lea'bilities "Autumn Leaves" and Memory Box "Lovely Tendril" dies, 

I added a strip of lace and a variety of muted coloured flowers from Petaloo.

The Paper Shelter challenge #484 - Party time! (Birthday or other celebration)

The Paper Shelter weekly challenge has gone live and it's Party Time!  Nothing like a scrumptious sundae with all the toppings to celebrate. I used a digital image called Sundae Time, coloured her with Copics and framed her with a Nestabilities die.  


The papers are from the Heartfelt Creations Burst of Splendor Collection.  I added a lovely strip of lace.  The flowers and butterfly are by Little Birdie.  The leaves are die cuts and the cupcake button is a Dress It Up called Mini Sweet Treats.
