The Paper Shelter Challenge - Christmas Break - Anything Goes

I made a lollipop card using The Paper Shelter Rooftop Party digital stamp.  I coloured the image with Copics and used florescent Copics on the Christmas lights, baubles and flourishes.  I used a Martha Stewart border punch for the outside.  The white doily was cut on my Cameo.  The flourishes are die cuts.  I added a straw, flowers and ribbon.

Our fabulous sponsor, The Paper Shelter, has a $30 gift certificate up for grabs for our lucky winner this week, provided you use a Paper Shelter product.  You could use a digital stamp, paper or printable image.  If you don't use a Paper Shelter product, you could still win 3 digi stamps of your choice!

Be sure to pop back to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog to see what the rest of the Design Team have created to inspire you this week!

Thanks for popping by to my blog, and hope to see you again in 2019!

Wishing you all a wonderful festive season!

My reminder project is a Christmas gift bag.  My image is called Magical Unicorn Winter Letter to Santa.  It has been coloured with Copics. The doily was cut on my Cameo.  The border on the envelope flap is a Martha Stewart border punch.  The 25 is a die cut.  I added some Jolee's Christmas lights, stocking and gifts.

Mmm...now I just need to decide what goodies to slip into my gift bag.

The Paper Shelter Blog Hop 2018

Good morning fellow crafters!

Welcome to The Paper Shelter Blog Hop in celebration of The Paper Shelter's 8th birthday on the 8th of December!  This will be a two week challenge and both Design Teams are taking part.

The Hop is our way of inviting you to celebrate with us and our theme for the challenge is:

BIRTHDAY / CELEBRATIONS

which I know is extremely popular!!

If you've landed here from Audrey's blog, then you are heading in the right direction!  If not, then you'll want to head back to The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog to start again, as you don't want to miss out on this one!!  Both Design Teams have worked very hard and are showcasing the gorgeous images available from The Paper Shelter, and each blog on the Hop is offering one lucky commenter a digi of their choice, as well as the main prize, details of which are on The Paper Shelter Challenge Blog.

My birthday celebration card is for my sister in law in the UK.  She just moved in to a new house. This image reminds me of her so I thought this card would be perfect for her.  The stamp is call Where're we goin?  I coloured her with Copics.  My backgound and brick wall paper are from the Heartfelt Creations Wildwood Cottage Collection.  The image behind my stamp is a Hunkydory card topper.  I've added a strip of beautiful lace, a variety of flowers and a "Happy Birthday" sentiment.

From here you will need to hop on over to Vannessa's blog.  Don't forget to leave your comment for a chance to win your choice of one of the fab digis available in store!

Hop!  Hop!  Hop!

Good luck!  Hope you've enjoyed the Hop so far!

Hello Everybody!

We have a new challenge starting at My Besties Spanish Challenge Blog today, and I hope you'll join us!  The theme is always ANYTHING GOES!

My December challenge project is a Christmas stocking.  I sewed the edges and lace border with my sewing machine.  I added a ribbon loop to hang the stocking. My image is called Pinkie Pop The Bestie Pink Magical Unicorn Winter (img 201821615). I have used Copics to colour, a beautiful snowflake doily, a variety of Christmas flowers, button brads and a metal "Merry Christmas" sentiment.

The back of my Christmas stocking.

My Besties Aussie's Challenge Blog

I'm so excited and honoured to be the guest designer at My Besties Aussie's Challenge Blog this month.

If you're new to my blog, here's a bit of info about me.  I live in sunny South Africa, am a mom to 2 daughters and work full time as a legal secretary.  I have been crafting for over 10 years and have tried my hand at scrapbooking, mosaic, paint by numbers, decoupage and recently chalk paint.  My favourite however is carding.  I especially love shopping for craft supplies.  I am one of the design team members at My Besties Spanish Challenge blog and also The Paper Shelter.

For my card, I used a Besties image IMG 694. I coloured her with Copics.  My papers are from the Wild Rose Studio Birds & Berries paper pack.  The sentiment is part of a stamp set by Crafter's Companion called Christmas Tree.  I have added some pretty lace and trim, buttons, pearls and gems and a variety of flowers.

Please pop over to My Besties Aussie's Challenge blog and look at the inspiring designs by the talented design team and take part in the challenge.

Thanks for stopping by to have a look at my blog!
