Our challenge this week at The Paper Shelter is 

PASTEL COLOURS

This week I used The Paper Shelter image called Just roll with it.  The images is coloured with Copics and fussy cut.  The background papers are from my stash, the lovely lace I bought on a trip to Australia, I used a doily die cut as a background to my image.  I added a ribbon bow,  Prima flowers and enamel dots. The "With Love" sentiment is a die cut.

Our challenge this week at The Paper Shelter is 

ANYTHING GOES 

This week I used The Paper Shelter image called Bunny Princess.  She is coloured with Copics and fussy cut.  The papers are from the Stamperia Pink Christmas paper pack.  I frame her with the Dream Flower Language floral frames.  I added delicate strips of lace and a lace doily.  The flowers are by 49 and Market and Little Birdie.  

 added some enamel dots by Crafters Choice.

The Paper Shelter Challenge #596 - Lots of Layers

Our challenge this week at The Paper Shelter is 

LOTS OF LAYERS

I used one of The Paper Shelter's newer images called A Light Packer and coloured her with Copics.  I cut the image out with a tag die and inked the edges to give it a distressed look.  The papers and travel tags are from the Stamperia paper packs called Around the World, Voyages Antastiques and Coffee and Chocolate.  I added some beautiful lace and ribbon and used a Martha Stewart border punch for the background papers.

Welcome to my blog!

For our challenge this week, my "sparkle" is in my glittery papers, the sentiment and a bit of sparkle to her outfit.  I used the image Mad about Comics!  She is coloured with Copics.  I added a background as though she's chilling in her bedroom with her comics and snacks.  She is cut out with a Nestabilities die.  I added some ribbon and lace.  

The flowers are by Little Birdie called Gianna Birds & Berries.

 There's nothing that says summer break than being at the ocean.  Today I used the digital stamp called Dipping a Toe.  The image is coloured with Copics and fussy cut. I used a Wonky Stitches circle die for my background on top of dotty embbosed white paper.  The patterned papers are from the Marianne Designs Sea Sparkle paper pack.  The sentiment is a Crafti Potential 2-in-1 die & stamps combo called Birthday.  I added some water droplets by 

Dress my Craft.

The Paper Shelter Challenge #554 - Embellish It

 

Welcome to my blog!

I have been wanting to make a Steampunk card for a while now so I thought how better to embellish a card that with Steampunk brass embellishments.  For our challenge this week I used The Paper Shelter image called Tuxedo Always Works.  I coloured the image with Copics and used a Spellbinders die to cut it out.  The papers are from the Bo Bunny Beautiful Dreamer paper pack.  This is such a lovely paper pack with stickers included.   I added some sheer ribbon to the chain and added bows at the ends.  I added some Say is with Pearls flourishes.  I finished it off with some stunning Steampunk embellishments.

This week at The Paper Shelter challenge, I was inspired by the Little Red Riding Hood book I used to read to my girls when they were young.  The image I used is called Not exactly a Big Bad Wolf.  She is coloured with Copics and cut out with a Wonky Stitches oval die.  The papers are from the Maja Design Summertime paper pack. The sentiment is part of a stamp set by KaiserCraft called St Nicholas.  I added two Dress it up bird buttons and twine.  I also added a strip of polka dot satin ribbon.

Digi Doodle Studios - Cindi Guess Who

 

Welcome crafters!

I have used a Digi Doodle Studios image called Cindi Guess Who. She is coloured with Copics.  I cut circles out in different sizes using a Wonky Stitches die.  I added a variety of flowers and a die cut flourish.

Here is a close up of this cute image:

The papers are from the Studio Light Winter Trails paper pack and the polka dot circle if from the American Crafts Dots & Stripes paperpack.  I added a strip of ribbon and adhesive pearls.

For my card this week I used one of the Digi Doodle Studios Relax-Unwind new release images called Penny.  She is coloured with Copics and fussy cut.  I used patterned paper from the American Crafts Amy Tangerine paper pack to make the pillows and her bedding.  

I added a sentiment and a variety of flowers with black leaves.
