The Paper Shelter challenge #398 - Digital image

I have used on the the older Paper Shelter images.  There are so many stunning ones to choose from. This one is called Executive Woman.  She is coloured with Copics.  I cut the image out with a Nestabilities called Small Deckled Mega Rectangles.  My papers are from the Kaisercraft Memory Lane paper pack.

I punched the edge of the card with  a We R Memory Keepers Sew Ribbon to feed the ribbon through as well as a Fiskars scalloped punch on the edge.

The white doily was made by my mom and you can see more of her crochet work
on her blog here.

The flowers are are no name brand from my craft stash.

Our fabulous sponsor, The Paper Shelter, has a $30 gift certificate up for grabs for our lucky winner this week, provided you use a Paper Shelter product.  You could use a digital stamp, paper or printable image.  If you don't use a Paper Shelter product, you could still win 3 digi stamps of your choice!

The Paper Shelter Challenge #396 - Dress it up!

For our theme of Dress it Up, I have used The Mermaid and the Treasure digital stamp.  She is coloured with Copics.  I added some "pearls" in her hair with my white gel pen.  My papers are from the Couture Creations: Sea Breeze Collection.  My embellishments include "Dress is up" buttons ... a little twist on the theme... called Beach Beauties.  The little fish are crocheted with a bead for the eye.

Digi Doodles Studios September challenge - Birds & Beasts

This is my first card as part of the Digi Doodles Studios Design Team and I'm so honoured to be a part of this team of creative crafters!

I have chosen an adorable stamp called Holly's Reindeer Hugs. She is coloured with Copics and I added some Stickles for sparkle.  I cut her out with a Nestabilities die. My papers are from the Stamperia Pink Christmas paper pack.  I love shaped cards so this one slips under the ribbon and pearls which are secured with brads.  Here's a close up of the closure and the inside of the card.

My embellishments are a variety of gem and pearl flourishes, a pink mini Christmas tree and beaded swirl, Blossoms by Vivaldi and Prima Flower Clippings.  Here's a close up shot of the embellishments and Holly's Reindeer Hugs.
