The Paper Shelter Challenge #586 - In the garden

Our challenge this week at The Paper Shelter is 

IN THE GARDEN

I used an image called A Fairy's Best Friend.  I coloured the images with Copics.  I used a Martha Stewart butterfly border punch on the side of the image.  The papers are from the Heartfelt Creations Joyous Noel Collection.  The sentiment is from the Marianne Design "Sending Birthday Wishes" stamp set.  I added Bella! Bling adhesive pearls, Little Birdie flowers and some hessian bow.

The Paper Shelter Challenge #584 - Your Favourites

 


Welcome to my blog!

Our challenge this week at The Paper Shelter is YOUR FAVOURITES.  

My favourite season of the year is autumn. I love the colours of the changing leaves, the cooler days and crisp mornings.  For my card, I used an image called Autumn Attitude.  She is coloured with Copics.  The papers are from The Paper Boutique called Kraft. The flowers are called Luna by Prima.  I tied a piece of hessian around the card ending in a bow.

The Paper Shelter Challenge #582 - Hearts

 


Welcome to my blog!

Our challenge this week at The Paper Shelter is HEARTS.  

I used a pre-coloured image on my card called Stylish Flirting.  The background paper is from one of The Paper Shelter's digital papers called Romanza.  I added some KaiserCraft wooden heart shapes called LOVE and some spiral flourishes by Bella! Bling.

The Paper Shelter Challenge #580 - Anything but a square

 


Welcome to my blog and hope we are going to have some crafting fun in 2024!

Our first challenge this year is ANYTHING BUT A SQUARE.  

I used a pre-coloured image on my card called My Dad, My Hero.
I made an easel card.  I traced and had cut big clouds and used a small die cut cloud for the background to my Cricut cut and paper pieced aeroplane.  
For the airport tarmac paper I used a sheet from the DCWV Grade School paper pack and for the grassy base on the case I used a sheet from the Marianne Designs Sintage Men paper pack.  To hold the easel up I added a plane brad.  
The sentiment is part of a Marianne Designs stamp set called "Sending Birthday Wishes.

The Paper Shelter Christmas Break Challenge - Anything Goes

 

Welcome to my blog!

Our last challenge for the year has gone live at The Paper Shelter.  
This week our challenge is ANYTHING GOES

I used Christmas baubles from one of the new Paper Shelter digital coloring books called Christmas Ornaments.  I used 3 different baubles, colored them with Copics and added gold adhesive pearls to "hang" them from the Christmas garland.  I wrapped some Jolees Holiday lights arounds the garlands and added some Prima Candy Cane Lane leaves and berries. The sentiment is from a sticker pack by Upikit.

The Paper Shelter 13th Anniversary Blog Hop - Celebrations

The Paper Shelter Challenge #578 - Colours of Winter

 


Welcome to my blog!

Our new challenge has gone live at The Paper Shelter.  This week our challenge is to use winter colours. I have gone for blues, pinks and purples as I love to use non-traditional Christmas decorations.

Have you seen our new colouring books.  Have a look at the awesome selection on The Paper Shelter website.  I used one of the background image and Christmas digital image called Here is Santa.  I coloured the images with Copics and fussy cut Santa.  I added some sparkly trim and a festive sentiment by Upikit Glittering Stickers.
