The Paper Shelter Challenge #412 - Digital Image

For our challenge this week, I used a digital image called Undetected on the Routes.  This cool image is coloured with Copics and fussy cut.  I used an embossing folder on the right and ran my distress ink over the embossing.  The background has embossed foot prints.  The road trip sentiment is chip board and the lower sentiment is a printed stamp.

A good iced coffee is essential on a road trip!

The distressed embossed edge and Dress It Up ice cream buttons.

Our fabulous sponsor, The Paper Shelter, has a $30 gift certificate up for grabs for our lucky winner this week, provided you use a Paper Shelter product.  You could use a digital stamp, paper or printable image.  If you don't use a Paper Shelter product, you could still win 3 digi stamps of your choice!

Digi Doodle Studios Lisa J

For my third card this month, I used the lovely Lisa J at Play digi stamp.  What better way to start the New Year than crafting with a glass of wine close by.
Relaxing, fun and rewarding!

Lisa J is coloured with Copics and cut out using a Nestabilities die.  My papers are from the KaiserCraft Floral Romance paper pack. I love the soft colours and designs in this paper pack.  I coloured the floral die cuts. I added Prima flowers and some pearls.  The sentiment is part of a stamp set  by Little Darlings called All Occasion Sentiments.

The Paper Shelter Challenge #410 - Something Sweet

Hello crafters!

Hope you've had a wonderful festive season and are ready to get back to crafting!

For our challenge this week I have used the digital image Cupcake Birthday.  She is coloured with Copics.  My papers are from the Dovecraft Cupcake Boutique paper pack.  I have used a die cut doiley, a crocheted doily compliments of my mom and die cut balloons.

My embellishments include Jolee's gift bags, K&Company Handmade Sweet Friends cupcakes, pearl bow and a flower button.

The sentiment is part of a stamp set by Marianne Design #CS0996.

Digi Doodle Studios Baby Ruby and Sly

My second card this month, still under the theme "New Beginnings", I have used Baby Ruby and Sly from Digi Doodle Studios. This cutie was coloured with Copics and fussy cut.

I love making different shaped cards. My papers are from a baby paper pack.  I added a couple metal charms, fuzzy teddy, laser cut baby bottle, metal B and some pretty
white ribbon.

Digi Doodle Studios Koopa and Troopa Sea Turtles

Welcome crafters!

I hope you've had a wonderful restful festive season and are ready to get crafting in 2020! Our first challenge in 2020 of the year is "New Beginnings".

I used Koopa and Troopa sea turtles. They are coloured with Copics.

My floral background is a napkin which I attached with napkin podge. I added a piece of webbed lace.  The die cut is an anchor and  rope which I gave an "old" feel to using Prima Metallique waxes. The doily was crocheted by my mom and I just adore these tiny crocheted fish. To finish off my card, I added a variety of flowers and adhesive gems.
