The Paper Shelter Challenge #580 - Anything but a square

Welcome to my blog and hope we are going to have some crafting fun in 2024!

Our first challenge this year is ANYTHING BUT A SQUARE.

I used a pre-coloured image on my card called My Dad, My Hero.
I made an easel card.  I traced and had cut big clouds and used a small die cut cloud for the background to my Cricut cut and paper pieced aeroplane.
For the airport tarmac paper I used a sheet from the DCWV Grade School paper pack and for the grassy base on the case I used a sheet from the Marianne Designs Sintage Men paper pack.  To hold the easel up I added a plane brad.
The sentiment is part of a Marianne Designs stamp set called "Sending Birthday Wishes.

Our fabulous sponsor, The Paper Shelter, has a $30 gift certificate up for grabs for our lucky winner this week, provided you use a Paper Shelter product.  You could use a digital stamp, paper or printable image.  If you don't use a Paper Shelter product, you could still win 3 digi stamps of your choice!
