The Paper Shelter #280 - For a special moment

This week I am entering my card into the new Paper Shelter challenge. It's time to celebrate a special moment so I used the cute Hippie Chic digital stamp and coloured her in with Copics and used gel pens for the finer details. My papers are from the Lemoncraft Everyday Spring paper pack. My doily was cut on the Cameo. I used a chiffon lace and a tie dye ribbon. Flowers and swirly gems finish my card off.
