Card

I am trying my hand at cards. Thanks to my sister Linda for inspiring me. She makes beautiful cards.
This card is 5.5 x 5.5 inches. It has one of my handmade tear bears on the front. On the left inside page is a removable tag to write something on. On the back page, I want to add a tag that says something like To: [Someone special] Created by Patsy on [date].

This 1-page layout features some Prima flowers and butterflies. I tried some new poses for my bears and love the sitting bear with the stamped paw print. I used skeleton leaves for her wings.

I've been busy creating more pages, and am loving the Prima embellishments. Here is a 1-page layout where I used two of Steph's tear bears.

"Love" Tear Bear Premade Page

This 1-page layout features my first handmade tear bear. Her outfit is made of grosgrain ribbon. I enjoyed doing this page so much. It's one of my favourite colour schemes.

Tear Bears

My daughter Stephanie is so talented at paper piecings and tear bears. Here are a few of her tear bear creations. They are made from mulberry paper. The turtle is my first attempt at a paper piecing. Very cute but needs some work. I cut this out on my Cricut machine.

Our Lil Cutie

I have been so busy lately that I haven't done much crafting. But hopefully I am back on track and inspired. My latest 2-page layout, "Our Lil Cutie" features some paper piecings and tear bears.

Summer is a fun time theme to use in crafts, so I made a 2 page layout called "Bee Happy" featuring paper pieced fairy bears and toadstools, machine sewn and embellished photo mats.
